Campus Outreach Ministries seeks to bring the college campus, the local church, and the mission field together for maximum impact. Since its beginning in 1979, the ministry has grown to reach campuses in the United States, Thailand, Brazil, and Johannesburg, South Africa.

In September 2003, Campus Outreach Greenville sent a staff team to start a franchise in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Under the supervision of Bethlehem Baptist Church, Campus Outreach Minneapolis ministers to students on the campuses of Augsburg College, Bethel University, Northwestern College, and the University of Minnesota.
